Having an inaccurate website is no good. Having no website is even worse. Almost everything is internet-driven now, and you’re doing your small business, team, or organization a massive disservice by not having a nice up-to-date website.
We can build you a website pretty quickly and pretty inexpensively. We can make it do just about anything that a minor league sports team would need — show the roster, show the schedule, sell tickets, stuff like that. We can also build websites for small businesses and just about anyone else!
It’s not as expensive as you might think. We bought the domain name and built this sucker for under $225, and it’s cost-free for us for the next three years. We had it up and online in less than six hours. Yeah, we’re pretty good at this.

Want us to build a website for you? Depending on what you’re wanting your site to do, you’re probably looking at about $225 in fees for the domain name, a reasonable amount of protection from hackers, and a handful of features that will be useful to you. And probably about $240 (12 hours) in labor. So somewhere in the neighborhood of $475-$500 for a website that we’ll build and to which we’ll hand you the keys to maintain.
There are other, less expensive options, too, so don’t hyperventilate at $500. If you’re not accepting money from people through your website, that cuts down on expenses because you don’t need some components. We can easily link your site to a ticket source you already have in place (Ticketbud, Eventbrite, your team’s PayPal account, etc.), and those providers already have the safety mechanisms in place to protect your fans.
If you already have a domain name (such as minotaurstreaming.com), there’s no need to purchase a new one. If a custom domain name isn’t important to you right now, and you’re happy with something like minotaurstreaming.wordpress.com, you won’t have the cost of purchasing a domain name.

Need us to rebuild an already-existing website? $20/hour. We’re fluent in most website providers — WordPress, WIX, etc. — and can figure out any that are new to us (no charge to you while we figure it out). It’s hard to estimate the number of hours of labor until we know what you’re after.
Have Us Maintain Your Website
Need us to maintain your website? $20/hour.
For a typical minor league sports team, you can expect about five hours of labor ($100) during the month before your season begins — adding rosters, schedules, sprucing things up for the new season, etc. During the season, probably about an hour of labor a month — updating scores, editing rosters and schedules, etc. In the off-season, maybe an hour of labor total for the entire off-season, keeping up with your website’s health.
We only bill for the work we actually do, though, so if your site doesn’t require that much maintenance, we don’t bill you for it.

How We Price
It’s real simple. We calculate our expenses for your particular request — domain names, SSL certificates, integrations, etc. that you will owe to the provider of those services. And then a little somethin’ additional to make it worth our while. Not a king’s ransom, but we also don’t work for free.
We do not charge for labor that we did not complete. In our estimates, we give you the maximum labor amount that we would charge. If it takes longer than we expected, we will not charge you additional. If it takes less time than we expected, we will charge you for the actual time we spent, even if it’s lower than the estimated price. Fair enough?
